Q: How long does shipping take?
A: 5-7 Business days, Holidays can vary due to postal delays.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: We have a 14-day return policy. We will gladly accept returns only following our refund policy guidelines. Please be sure to review our policy prior to sending back any purchased items. Returns MUST be approved before we are able to process any refunds. Refunds will only be refunded on the original form of payment and can take up to 10 business days to appear on your end depending on your bank.
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
A: Due to limited quantities we cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting will be in stock, because of this we currently are not offering exchanges. You must submit a return request in the events you are not happy with your purchase.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations at this time. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@foreverfawn.com.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently we only ship within the US.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Unfortunately, no. Our systems are not designed for us to edit shipping labels once an order is placed. Please be sure to verify your information is entered correctly at check out.
